Stewart's romantic life has been the subject of many press and television tabloids. Most notably she had a relationship with singer Cisco Adler. After her modelling school graduation she had breast implants. She later had them removed, and sent them to Jack Osbourne who hung them on his bathroom wall. 

In 2006 her father claimed that she had been treated for liver damage due to excess alcohol consumption, and had resultantly given up smoking and drinking for the past three months.
