Special Agent Caitlin "Kate" Todd is a fictional character from the NCIS television series by CBS Television, portrayed by Sasha Alexander.

She grew up in Indiana and has three brothers and a sister who is currently living in Miami. She did not appear to be getting along with the sister however as she rarely returned her sister's phone calls.
