Chelsy Yvonne Davy (born 13 October 1985) is a law student notable for her relationship with Prince Harry, the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales, and his first wife, Diana, Princess of Wales. As the girlfriend of a British Royal, Davy has been featured widely in worldwide media, especially as a subject of tabloid speculation, since late 2004.

Chelsy Davy was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, to Charles and Beverley Davy. Her father, a millionaire safari operator in Zimbabwe, has reportedly had close ties to the regime of Robert Mugabe.
