Chelsea Jean Brummet (born January 28, 1987 in Elgin, Illinois) is an American actress and singer who is known for her work on Nickelodeon's All That.

Although Brummet at first lived in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona when she was 9. After the move, she became involved in children's theatre and voice lessons.
